ELECTION DAY IS NOVEMBER 3 — POLLS WILL BE OPEN FROM 6 AM – 6 PM LOCAL TIME
THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 5. You can register at indianavoters.in.gov, or in-person at your County Clerk or Board of Elections Office on or before October 5. You can also check your registration status by accessing your voter portal at indianavoters.in.gov.
EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING OPENS ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6. Call or visit your County Clerk or Board of Elections office website to find hours in your County. All counties are required to hold Saturday voting hours on October 24 and 31. You can also find early voting hours in your voter portal at indianavoters.in.gov.
THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT IS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22. You can request a ballot by visiting your County Clerk or Board of Elections office, online at indianavoters.in.gov, or by mail. CLICK HERE FOR AN ABSENTEE-BY-MAIL APPLICATION YOU CAN MAIL TO YOUR COUNTY.
If you have an absentee-by-mail ballot to return, make sure you date the affidavit on your absentee ballot envelope with the same date that you signed it on. If dated incorrectly, your ballot can be thrown out.
