INDIANAPOLIS – Congressman Todd Young is having a miserable weekend deciding what political calculation to make on his long-standing support of Donald Trump.

When asked repeatedly whether he would continue supporting Donald Trump after the presidential candidate’s remarks on sexual assault, Congressman Young dodged the question from CBS4 three times, saying instead he was giving “serious consideration” to the question.

And on Indy This Week, expert panelists said Congressman Young appeared “stricken” when he failed to answer WRTV’s questions on his continued support for his party’s nominee.

But this isn’t new to Hoosiers. Congressman Young is yet again putting his own self-interests over Hoosiers as he seriously considers supporting Donald Trump over using Hoosier Common Sense and renouncing his candidacy.
