INDIANAPOLIS – On the tenth anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, Indiana Democratic Party Executive Director Lauren Ganapini issued the following statement calling on Attorney General Curtis Hill to clarify his position on a federal lawsuit attempting to gut critical care for Hoosier families.

“One simple question for the Attorney General: amid a global pandemic, does Curtis Hill still support stripping nearly half a million Hoosiers of their health care coverage? Hoosiers deserve an answer. Because, if he does, it means Curtis Hill is ready and willing to rip away Hoosiers’ health care when they need it most.”
