INDIANAPOLIS – George Hornedo, President of the Indiana Latino Democratic Caucus (INLDC), released the fstatement following the INLDC Statewide Steering Committee’s vote to incorporate newly formed congressional district-level Latino caucuses into the larger INLDC fold.
“For the first time, the Indiana Latino Democratic Caucus has identified leaders to form Latino caucuses in every congressional district across the state. Putting this infrastructure in place is an important step to build Latino political engagement and develop leaders in what is the fastest-growing demographic in Indiana. There’s too much at stake in 2018 and beyond to not seek out every vote. Let’s get to work.”
