The Indiana Democratic Party is excited to introduce the Emerging Leaders Project’s 2023-2024 class! This is the programs’ 11th cohort and it is composed of 38 impressive young leaders who will impact our communities and state for years to come.

Selected from a pool of hundreds of applicants, this highly competitive program has produced state legislators, statewide candidates, dozens of local elected officials, party leaders and campaign staffers.
